Custom-built copper pot stills, designed and optimised in-house, allow us to draw out the fullest character from every carefully selected botanical. Their shape and size are tailored to give us precise control during distillation, helping preserve delicate aromas while building depth. This approach lets us fine-tune each batch, ensuring consistency without losing the subtle nuances that make their spirits distinctive.

Botanicals

Classic British juniper, locally foraged Cornish herbs, wild coastal botanicals and premium ingredients sourced across the UK. Each botanical is chosen not just for flavour, but for the story it tells about Cornwall’s landscape and heritage. By combining these carefully selected elements, we create a balanced, aromatic profile that is both distinctive and true to the region.

Production Capacity

Small-batch production of 500-750 bottles per run, ensuring quality control and consistency across our entire range. This hands-on approach allows us to monitor every step, from distillation to bottling, so each batch meets our exacting standards. It also gives us the flexibility to experiment subtly with flavours, keeping our spirits vibrant and unique while maintaining their signature character.
